Job summary

Center Parcs Aqua Sana Forest Spa, Longleat Forest, is seeking a Spa Receptionist to greet guests and ensure a warm, professional, relaxing experience from arrival to departure. You will deliver front-of-house service, handle bookings and queries, and support treatment and retail sales to maximise guest satisfaction.

This is a part-time role with a guaranteed minimum of 48 hours over a 4-week period, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service experience.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and solutions-focused with good IT skills.
• Able to build relationships across levels with warmth.

Join our team as a Spa Receptionist and be the welcoming face of Aqua Sana Forest Spa, providing a warm, professional service while ensuring a smooth and relaxing experience for every guest from arrival to departure.

Your working hours

• Part-time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of48 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
