Job summary

Center Parcs is seeking a Spa Experience Host at Aqua Sana Forest Spa, Whinfell Forest. The role offers a warm welcome to guests, ensuring a relaxing experience and high service standards throughout the spa areas.

You will assist with bookings, run wellness sessions, and work with the team across shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. This part-time/permanent opportunity reflects flexible contracts and a focus on guest care.

As a Spa Experience Host at Aqua Sana Forest Spa, you'll ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, relaxing experience with your warm welcome and commitment to exceptional service.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide a warm, professional welcome and respond to guest queries efficiently
• Support the smooth operation of the spa, working collaboratively with the wider team
• Maintain high standards across spa areas, reporting issues when required
• Lead complimentary wellness sessions and manage bookings using the spa system

Your working hours

• We have both permanent and fixed-term (until 14th January 2027) part-time contracts available, with shifts falling between 6am and 9:30pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 64 or 120 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays

• Clear communicator with strong organisation, attention to detail and computer skills
• Proactive and solution-focused, with experience in similar roles or the beauty industry
• Warm and approachable with ability to build relationships at all levels
• Effective time management, teamwork and use of initiative
