You will manage bookings, answer questions about services, process payments, and promote spa treatments and products while keeping the reception area inviting. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a genuine passion for health and customer service, with opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Receptionist or customer service experience, preferably in spa or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Proficiency with booking systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanour.
• Manage spa bookings and appointments for a smooth schedule.
• Handle guest inquiries about spa services, treatments and products.
• Process payments and manage the reception area efficiently.
• Assist in promoting spa services, offers and retail products.
• Keep reception area clean, tidy and inviting at all times.
• Coordinate with Spa Therapists and staff to ensure seamless service.
