Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa is seeking a Part Time Spa Receptionist to join our team. You will warmly welcome spa guests and members, handle bookings and upsell treatments and products to enhance their visit.

A friendly, service-led attitude is essential; knowledge of spa reservation systems is helpful, though full training will be provided. Meals on duty and staff discounts are available, alongside a stylish uniform.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Part TimeSpa Receptionist to jointhe team.

As Spa Receptionist, your duties will include welcoming guests andmembers to the spa, making spa bookings, upselling treatments and spa products,show rounds, cashing up and general day-to-day spa reception duties.

You willhave a friendly and outgoing personality and a passion for service excellence.Knowledge of spa reservations systems would be a distinct advantage, althoughnot essential as full training will be given.
