Harbour Hotels in Southampton seeks a part-time Spa Receptionist to warmly welcome guests, handle bookings, and upsell spa services and products. You will work in a busy spa environment with a focus on service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Experience with spa reservation systems is advantageous, but full training is provided. Join a stylish harbour-side retreat and contribute to our HarSPA brand across the sites.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Part TimeSpa Receptionist to jointhe team.

As Spa Receptionist, your duties will include welcoming guests andmembers to the spa, making spa bookings, upselling treatments and spa products,show rounds, cashing up and general day-to-day spa reception duties.

You willhave a friendly and outgoing personality and a passion for service excellence.Knowledge of spa reservations systems would be a distinct advantage, althoughnot essential as full training will be given.
