Job summary

The NICI Collection is seeking a Spa Receptionist to be the first contact for spa guests, delivering a warm welcome, managing check-ins and departures, and handling bookings with accuracy.

You will promote spa services and memberships, maintain guest records and appointment schedules, support the spa team, and uphold the luxury standard across THE NICI Collection properties, with training and career development opportunities.
