You will be the first point of contact, delivering a warm welcome, handling inquiries, and promoting spa services while maintaining accurate records and contributing to a wellness-focused environment.

Formación

• Previous reception, spa, hotel, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confident using booking systems and computer software.
• Professional, friendly, and guest-focused.
