Job summary

Center Parcs Spa Receptionist role at Aqua Sana Forest Spa, Whinfell Forest. You will deliver warm front-of-house service, manage bookings and guest queries, and assist with retail and treatment sales to enhance guest experiences.

Part-time shifts run 7:30am–9:30pm. A guaranteed minimum of 72 hours over 4 weeks applies, with potential extra hours. The role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Staff benefits include leisure access and discounts.

Your working hours

• Part-time contract, shifts fall between 7:30am to 9:30pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of72 hours over a 4‑week period.
• You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, alternate weekends and bank holidays
