Job summary

Bishopstrow College is seeking a hands-on Spa & Hot Tub Technician to maintain pools, spa facilities and hot tubs to the highest standards. You will work closely with the Property Manager to ensure everything is safe, clean and guest-ready each day.

The role emphasizes practical work, reliability and a proactive approach to maintenance, with early starts and a 5-out-of-7 rota. On-site meals and team benefits support a welcoming, diverse team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with pools, spas or wet leisure facilities.
• Good understanding of water hygiene and safe working practices.
• Willing to achieve STA Level 3 within first three months.

Responsibilities

• Keep pools, spa facilities and hot tubs safe, clean and ready for guests.
• Carry out daily checks, routine maintenance, cleaning and minor repairs.
• Take responsibility for water testing, chemical levels and equipment so facilities stay compliant.
• Maintain accurate records of checks and maintenance for health and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Spa, Housekeeping, Front Office and Maintenance for seamless guest experiences.
