Job summary

Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa is seeking a Spa Operations Manager to lead day-to-day spa operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and uphold the highest standards across the team and facilities.

You will oversee reception, spa attendants, and night cleaners, manage recruitment, training and the spa diary via Trybe, and collaborate with Spa Breaks, SpaSeekers and itison to maximise bookings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a management role in a luxury spa.
• Recognised qualifications in pool plant operations and pool testing.
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
• Passion for guest satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.

What you’ll be doing

This is a hands-on operational role for someone who is organised, commercially aware and passionate about delivering an outstanding spa experience.
