Job summary

THE NICI Collection is seeking a Public Areas Attendant to uphold luxury cleanliness across THE NICI Bournemouth and surrounding spaces. You will maintain reception lounges, corridors and public toilets, ensuring all areas look pristine throughout the day.

The role may involve early starts to prepare spaces for guests, requiring attention to detail, reliability and teamwork within a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hotel reception areas, lounges, corridors, staircases, lifts, guest toilets, and other public areas.
• Ensure all public areas are presented to luxury hospitality standards.
• Carry out regular checks to maintain cleanliness and presentation.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, polish, and complete other cleaning duties as required.
• Replenish towels, amenities, and guest supplies.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and storage areas are kept clean and organised.
• Report maintenance issues or damage promptly.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Support the wider Housekeeping team when required.
• Provide a friendly and professional presence around the hotel.

The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Public Areas Attendant to help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout THE NICI Bournemouth.

You will play an important role in ensuring our hotel looks its best throughout the day, from our reception and guest lounges to corridors, staircases, public toilets, and other shared spaces.

The role may involve early morning starts, ensuring our public areas are clean, fresh, and ready for our guests from the beginning of each day.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hotel reception areas, lounges, corridors, staircases, lifts, guest toilets, and other public areas.
• Ensure all public areas are presented to luxury hospitality standards.
• Carry out regular checks throughout the day to maintain cleanliness and presentation.
