Job summary

Elite Hotels (Rotherwick) Ltd. is seeking a Spa & Leisure Manager at Tylney Hall Hotel to oversee the Spa and Leisure facilities, deliver outstanding guest service, and maximise revenue across retail and services.

You will lead and develop the Spa and Leisure team, manage rotas, holidays, and departmental coverage, ensure health and safety compliance, supervise treatments and pool operations, and collaborate with other departments to create a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the Spa and Leisure Department.
• Lead, support and develop the Spa and Leisure team.
• Manage rotas, staffing, holidays and departmental coverage.
• Maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene and operational procedures.
• Oversee treatments, leisure facilities, pool operations and equipment.
• Manage guest feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
• Monitor departmental costs, stock and revenue opportunities.
• Support recruitment, training and performance management.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience.
