Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs Ltd is seeking a Spa Host to join our premium health and wellness environment. You will welcome members, explain the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room, and help maintain spa areas to the highest standards.

We value experience in premium customer service, a passion for health and wellbeing, and strong communication and teamwork. This role offers growth through internal training and development within our network of clubs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members to the spa and explain health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room.
• Maintain spa areas to premium standards of cleanliness.
• Promote spa services and resources to members.
• Act as an ambassador for the spa and contribute to a thriving member experience.
