David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a Spa Host to greet members, explain the benefits of our therapies, and ensure the spa remains spotless to a premium standard. You will be part of a team dedicated to delivering a relaxing and luxurious experience in our health and wellness environment.

The ideal candidate will have premium customer service experience, a passion for health and wellbeing, and strong communication and collaboration skills.

As a Spa Host you will be acting as an ambassador for our spa retreats, welcoming members, ensuring they understand the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room and ensuring that the spa is always clean and tidy to the standards you would expect from a premium environment.

As part of the Spa team, we are looking for someone who:

• Has experience within a premium customer service environment.
• A passion for all things health and wellbeing.
• Great communication and collaboration skills
• A self-starter who takes pride in delivering great quality experience to our members.
