Job description

We are looking for enthusiastic and hard-working individuals to join our team at the brand-new luxury Coach House Health Club and Spa at Beaverbrook, which focuses on holistic wellbeing. As a Spa Cleaning Attendant, your key responsibility will be to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the Spa. You will coordinate the distribution of towels and toiletries, assist with guest and member journeys, and deliver exceptional service.

The Person

The ideal Spa Cleaning Attendant will be able to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, and report any maintenance concerns promptly. You must be warm, caring, intuitive, honest, and motivated to provide excellent service at all times. You should be well-presented, possess excellent communication skills, have a pleasant personality, and pay great attention to detail.

Shift Pattern

• The role involves working 40 hours per week, any 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends.
• Typical hours are: 06:00-14:30, 07:00-15:30, or 14:30-23:00.
