Job summary

Cliveden is seeking a Spa Attendant to join our luxury spa team. You will help maintain pristine changing rooms and pool areas, support the Fitness Instructor, and ensure guest comfort with towels, robes, and amenities.

Open or close outdoor pools, report faults promptly, and assist guests with queries. Successful candidates will complete Pool Responder training within one month of commencing.

• Experience in hospitality preferred.
• Willing to complete Pool Responder training within one month.

Responsibilities

• Check changing rooms and swimming pool for cleanliness every 30 minutes.
• Assist Fitness Instructor in maintaining cleanliness of fitness equipment when requested.
• Report maintenance faults to Spa Housekeeper or Manager if unavailable.
• Assist guests with queries and refer to a Senior Manager if required.
• Ensure a continual supply of clean towels and robes for members and guests.
• Ensure shower gel, shampoo and water are in plentiful supply for Club guests.

• Clear dirty plates and glasses from pool area.
• Complete Pool Responder training within one month of starting.

We are currently seeking a Spa Attendant to join our dedicated team. This role plays a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our Spa operations. We are looking for an individual with strong work ethic, a keen eye for cleanliness, and a commitment to supporting our Spa team and the smooth functioning of our Spa operation. Our ideal candidate should:

• Take pride in checking changing room areas and swimming pool for cleanliness every 30 minutes.
• Take pride in assisting the Fitness Instructor in maintaining the cleanliness of all fitness equipment when requested, understanding teamwork and flexibility.
• Report any maintenance faults to the Spa Housekeeper or other Manager if unavailable.
• Respectfully assist guests and members with any queries where ever possible and referring to a Senior Manager if required.
• Ensure a continual supply of clean towels and robes is available to members and guests.
• Ensure shower gel, shampoo and water is always in plentiful supply for the Club guests.
• Open or close the out door pool.
• Clear dirty plates and glasses from pool area.
• Complete the Pool Responder training to ensure compliance with pool health and safety standards within one month of commencing the role.

• £27,315 annual salary (Full time - 40 hours)
