Job summary

Landmark London is seeking a dedicated Spa Attendant to join our award-winning spa team. The role offers a 32-hour week on a shift rota, delivering memorable guest experiences with five-star service and meticulous attention to cleanliness and presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or spa environment preferred.
• Ability to work 32 hours per week on a shift rota.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of spa treatment rooms, changing areas, and relaxation spaces.
• Replenish towels, robes, toiletries, and other spa supplies.
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after each appointment.
• Assist therapists with room setup and operational support.
• Ensure all health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are met.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a high level of customer service.
• Keep equipment and facilities clean, organised, and in good working order.
• Support the reception team with basic administrative tasks when required.
