Job summary

Alexander House Hotel & Utopia Spa is seeking a Spa Assistant to join our luxury spa team. The role covers 37.5 hours per week with part-time candidates considered and a salary of £24,784.76 per annum plus monthly service charge and staff benefits.

Responsibilities include maintaining high cleanliness standards across spa areas, laundering towels, and supporting spa reception, gym and treatment rooms. Shifts vary across 9am–5pm, 10am–6pm, 2pm–10pm or 1pm–9pm, five days per week with some weekend

Responsibilities

• Clean spa areas including changing rooms, steam room, sauna, poolside, reception, gym and treatment rooms.
• Inhouse laundering of spa towels and preparing for the following day.
• Support reception, gym and treatment room operations and guest services.

Spa Assistant - Requirements

The Role

Energetic worker, good eye for detail required to ensure excellent standards of cleanliness in our luxurious Utopia Spa which is open to hotel residents, members, and day guests 7 days per week.

The Spa Assistant completes general cleaning of Spa areas including changing rooms, steam room, sauna, poolside and pools, spa reception, gym and treatment rooms

Inhouse laundering of spa towels, so they are cleaned and folded ready for the following day

5 days per week including some weekend shifts.
