Job summary

Rowhill Grange Hotel & Utopia Spa is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join RG's Grillroom Restaurant, 2 Rosette standard, serving residents, spa guests and visitors. You will help prepare service areas, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction across breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts.

Flexibility is essential as shifts include weekends. A smart appearance and excellent communication are required, with experience in quality hotel/restaurant service.

£26,436.80 per annum + monthly service charge payment

The Role

Working in our RG's Grillroom Restaurant (2 Rosette standard) serving food and beverage to residents, spa guests and local visitors. Service for guests covers breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days per week so candidates must be available for flexible shift patterns across 5 days including weekends

Offering food and beverage service to dining guests in our fine dining hotel restaurant.5 days per week, flexible shifts covering breakfast/lunch/dinner service, including weekends

• Preparing the restaurant for service
• Meeting and greeting guests
• Taking guest orders
• Serving food and beverage including alcoholic beverages
• Completing satisfaction checks
• Resolving any service issues
• Presenting bills to guests and taking payment
• Resetting the restaurant at the end of the shift ready for the next service
• Ensuring work area is clean and tidy before departing

You must have smart appearance, excellent communication skills with apassion for guest service and experience within a quality food service hotel/restaurant required
