Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in systems engineering and requirements engineering.
• Experience writing and managing complex technical requirements for large-scale systems.
• Experience in surveillance, defence, or mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end requirements architecture for marine and land surveillance solutions.
• Capture, analyse, and structure operational, technical, regulatory, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate mission needs into clear, measurable, testable system requirements.
• Decompose high-level requirements into subsystem specifications and maintain traceability.
• Produce artefacts including system requirements specifications and verification plans.
• Define verification criteria to prove requirements through analysis, inspection, or testing.
• Collaborate with Product Management to align requirements with roadmap priorities.
• Support governance activities including reviews, change control, and acceptance.
