Job summary

SRT Marine Systems plc, a leader in international marine surveillance technology with a global customer base, is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer - ISR & Sensors. The role blends architecture understanding, PoC analysis and deployment governance for radar, cameras, RF, VHF, and other ISR sensors across coastal towers, vessels, UAVs and aircraft.

The successful candidate will own specification, design, deployment and commissioning, lead other engineers, and provide 4th line support as needed,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in ISR sensor system architecture.
• Proven RF design and sensor integration background.
• Experience leading engineers on complex deployments and projects.
• Willingness to travel internationally for customer projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Design Authority for maritime sensor and RF system integrations.
• Ensure compliance with IALA, SOLAS, IMO and other maritime standards.
• Lead high-level architectures through RF performance modelling and platform layouts.
• Provide technical sign-off for sensor and RF integrations within MDA projects.
• Oversee installation, deployment and commissioning across towers, vessels and platforms.
• Provide 4th line support for live systems when required (24/7).
