Job summary

Octavius Infrastructure Limited is seeking an experienced E&P Site Supervisor to join our Southern team and deliver critical Electrification & Plant renewals across the Southern region. You’ll lead day‑to‑day site activities, coordinate labour, plant and subcontractors, and ensure safety, programme and quality standards are met.

As a proactive rail professional, you’ll work closely with Site Managers and Project Managers to maintain safety culture and compliance with Network Rail standards,

Qualifications

Experience supervising E&P works on Network Rail infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of rail Electrification & Plant systems.
Understanding of Network Rail standards and safe systems of work.
Full UK Driving Licence and SMSTS/SSSTS.

Responsibilities

Supervising E&P works on live Network Rail infrastructure.
Coordinating labour, plant and supply chain partners.
Supporting the delivery of works to programme and budget.
Maintaining site records, permits, inspections and quality documentation.
Promoting a positive safety culture where everyone goes home safe every day.
Identifying and resolving site issues proactively.
Supporting project completion, defect management and handback activities.
