Job summary

Octavius Infrastructure Ltd is seeking an experienced E&P Site Supervisor to deliver critical Electrification & Plant renewals across the Southern region. You will supervise day-to-day site activities, coordinate resources and subcontractors, ensure safety, quality and programme adherence, and support handback to close out projects.

Ideal candidates will have NR E&P supervision experience, knowledge of NR standards and a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising E&P works on Network Rail infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of rail Electrification & Plant systems and renewals activities.
• Understanding of Network Rail standards, procedures and safe systems of work.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and site resources.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• SSSTS (minimum) or SMSTS.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise E&P works on live Network Rail infrastructure.
• Coordinate labour, plant and supply chain partners.
• Support delivery of works to programme and budget.
• Maintain site records, permits, inspections and quality documentation.
• Promote a positive safety culture where everyone goes home safe every day.
• Identify and resolve site issues proactively.
• Support project completion, defect management and handback activities.
