Octavius Infrastructure Ltd is recruiting a Senior Site Manager to lead the safe and successful delivery of Electrification & Plant renewals projects across Network Rail infrastructure. You will oversee live site delivery, coordinate teams and suppliers, and drive performance against programme milestones.

You will bring significant experience in E&P, strong leadership, and a thorough understanding of Network Rail standards, governance, and NEC contracts. Hybrid working available where possible.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering E&P works on Network Rail infrastructure.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Knowledge of Network Rail standards, governance and project delivery requirements.
• Experience managing subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Understanding of programme management, risk management and project controls.
• Commercial awareness and NEC contracts experience.

Southern Renewals FrameworkWe are recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to join us here at Octavius.

We are a leading civil engineering organisation delivering safe, sustainable, and efficient transport solutions across the UK.

As our Southern Renewals Framework enters a significant delivery phase, we're seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the safe and successful delivery of E&P projects across the Network Rail infrastructure.

You'll be working on…. (what your role and responsibility is)Leading site delivery teams across a portfolio of Electrification & Plant renewals projects, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with customer expectations.

You’ll provide leadership to site teams, suppliers and subcontractors whilst managing programme performance, safety, quality and operational delivery. Working alongside Project Managers and commercial teams, you'll play a key role in driving successful project outcomes and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities include:
