Job summary

Octavius Infrastructure Ltd. is seeking an experienced E&P Site Supervisor to join our team on critical rail electrification and plant renewal projects.

You will lead on-site delivery, supervise labour and subcontractors, and ensure work is safe, on time and to Network Rail standards. The role requires strong leadership, effective communication with operatives and clients, and a proactive approach to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Supervising E&P works on Network Rail infrastructure.
• Coordinating labour, plant and supply chain partners.
• Delivering works to programme and budget.
• Maintaining site records, permits, inspections and quality documentation.
• Promoting a positive safety culture on site.
• Identifying and resolving site issues to support handback and close-out.

Responsibilities

• Supervise E&P works on live Network Rail infrastructure.
• Coordinate labour, plant and supply chain partners.
• Support delivery of works to programme and budget.
• Maintain site records, permits, inspections and quality docs.
