Job summary

Centrick is seeking a field-based Compliance Inspector to perform planned site visits, complete routine tests, inspections and compliance checks. You will record defects and safety concerns, escalating critical risks where needed, while maintaining auditable documentation.

You will liaise with Property Management and Building Safety teams to provide reliable site information, supporting risk management and operational decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance and risk identification.
• Excellent attention to detail with accurate reporting and record-keeping.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct planned site visits to complete routine functional tests, visual inspections and compliance checks.
• Identify, record and report defects, safety concerns and compliance issues with prompt escalation.
• Capture inspection records, photographs and evidence to maintain auditable compliance documentation.
• Liaise with Property Management, Building Safety and technical teams to support reporting and decision-making.
