Job summary

Centrick is seeking a field-based Compliance & Inspections Co-ordinator to join our team across the UK. You will conduct planned site visits, perform routine tests, and contribute to safety and compliance programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in property inspections or building safety.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, compliance and risk.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to work in the field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct planned site visits to complete routine functional tests, visual inspections and compliance checks.
• Identify, report defects and compliance issues and escalate risks.
• Capture inspection records, photographs and evidence for auditable documentation.
• Raise corrective actions and monitor progress to verification and closure.
• Liaise with Property Management and technical teams for compliant reporting.
