Job summary

Centrick is seeking a field-based Inspector to perform planned site visits, conduct routine tests and visual inspections, and ensure compliance across properties. You will record findings with photographs and maintain auditable documentation while escalating safety concerns as needed.

The role requires experience in property inspections, a solid understanding of health and safety, and excellent attention to detail. A full UK driving licence and independent field work are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in property inspections or building safety activities.
• Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance and risk identification.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct planned site visits to complete routine functional tests, visual inspections and compliance checks.
• Identify, record and report defects, safety concerns and compliance issues; escalate risks.
• Capture detailed inspection records, photographs and asset evidence for auditable documentation.
• Raise corrective actions, allocate findings to teams, and monitor progress to closure.
• Liaise with Property Management, Building Safety and technical teams to support reporting and decision-making.
