Qualifications

• Education: Degree level or higher; recent graduates encouraged.
• Experience: Practical work with young people (tutoring, youth work, coaching, mentoring, volunteering).
• Skills: Confidence, communication, resilience, proactive attitude.
• Requirements: Enhanced DBS on Update Service (or willingness to apply).

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during absences across KS3 & KS4.
• Maintain a positive, orderly classroom environment.
• Deliver prepared work and keep students on task.
• Collect work and provide feedback on progress and behaviour.
• Uphold behaviour and safeguarding policies.
