Kingdom Cleaning is seeking a proactive Regional Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of cleaning contracts across the South West region, from Guildford to Wales and Exeter. You will drive operational excellence, profitability and client satisfaction while managing multiple sites and teams.

The role requires strategic leadership, hands-on management, and a strong track record in Cleaning or Facilities Management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple sites/contracts in Cleaning or FM.
• Strong commercial awareness with profitability focus.
• Full UK Driving Licence and right to work.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of cleaning contracts across the South West.
• Build and maintain client relationships through site visits.
• Deliver contract specifications to highest standards.
• Drive profitability while controlling costs and labour budgets.
• Lead site teams and oversee recruitment, staffing and performance.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and KPI-driven improvements.
• Identify growth opportunities and support service expansion.
