Job summary

Vylor Inc. is seeking an Area Manager for Forage & Seeds to drive regional commercial performance and provide agronomic support across the South UK. You will manage key accounts, engage farmers and coordinate trials, field days and demonstrations.

You will work with sales, marketing, technical and HR teams to deliver onboarding, CRM discipline and regional alignment, enabling growth and strong customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• University degree in Applied Science or related field.
• Good understanding of agronomics for forage, seed, maize and grassland.
• Ability to organise trials, demonstrations, and field visits in South UK.
• Proficient in Salesforce/CRM and Microsoft 365.
• Structured follow-up, accurate record keeping and territory planning.
• Strong collaboration across technical, marketing, sales and support.
• Strong commercial and customer relationship management skills.
• Awareness of safety, compliance, GDPR and investigation processes.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key accounts, retailers, agronomists and regional contacts.
• Support commercial growth for Pioneer seed and forage products.
• Maintain contact with distributors and customers in territory.
• Plan and execute introductions to agronomists and farmers using GDPR-compliant handling.
• Coordinate trials, demonstrations, harvest assessments and data collection.
• Work with technical and marketing teams to deliver product demonstrations and field days.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure onboarding and regional alignment.
