Job summary

Compass Group UK&I ESS is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support high-quality catering at RNAS Yeovilton. You will lead a frontline kitchen, develop teams, and drive excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage stock, control costs, and ensure Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance while delivering meals to the highest standards and mentoring staff under pressure.

• Previous experience as Sous Chef or senior chef

• Organised, proactive and calm under pressure
• Experience in a high-volume catering environment
