ESS – Defence, Energy and Government Services is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations at RNAS Yeovilton. You will drive high standards, train and develop the team, and manage stock, costs, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a £33,900 annual salary for 40 hours per week, with shifts from 6:00am to 8:30pm. This is an excellent opportunity to lead in a Defence catering setting and advance your career within a respected provider.
