Job summary

Fuller’s in Wickham, near Fareham, is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and manage daily kitchen operations. You will oversee prep, cooking and quality, ensuring dishes reflect seasonal, local produce and the pub’s standards.

You will lead and develop the kitchen team, driving consistency and creativity, while maintaining hygiene and safety across shifts. This role offers opportunity for growth within Fuller’s diverse pub-hotel portfolio.

Qualifications

• Must be able to take full control of kitchen in Head Chef's absence.
• Experience with fresh seasonal menus and quality ingredients.
• Strong leadership and team motivation to deliver high standards.
