Browns - Bushey, part of Mitchells & Butlers plc, is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to lead a section, train the team and support the Head Chef with ordering, prep and stock control. You’ll drive performance, uphold brand standards and ensure consistency across service periods.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.

• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
