Sous Chef | Full time

The Role |

As a sous chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with extensive food knowledge, leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.

Requirements |

• Passionate about supporting and developing your team to achieve high standards
• Experienced in managing kitchen operations, planning shifts, and coaching team members
• Knowledge of food safety, health and safety standards, and financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Ability to celebrate team successes and recognize individual needs
