Qualifications

Experience in a 2 Rosette kitchen as a sous chef or junior sous.
Ability to run a kitchen in the absence of the head chef.
Knowledge of local suppliers and pricing.

You will help the chef in the running of this fine dining restaurant currently awarded with 3 Rosettes. You will understand and help cultivate the”home” grown ingredients in the grounds of the hotel. Utilising your experience and knowledge of food you will help create and inspire new dishes for the menus. Help source and negotiate the prices from local suppliers.
