Our prestigious venue in the heart of the City is looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join our brilliant brigade at the iconic Sky Garden.

Larch Restaurant, located on the street level within Sky Garden, is a charming casual Italian eatery that brings the best of traditional Italian cuisine to the table.

At Larch, we are looking for a Sous Chef to lead a great team of up to 12 chefs – that will need developing, mentoring and above all else, looking after.

Darwin Brasserie, located on level 36 on top of the walkie-talkie building, is a lively all-day dining location inspired by the very best of British.

At Darwin, we are looking for a talented Sous Chef to assist our Head Chef with the running of a fast-paced busy kitchen, leading a brigade of over 30 chefs, coaching and mentoring them.
