Derby Arms is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team in a Forest of Bowland setting. You will work alongside the Head Chef on the main menu and weekly specials, bringing passion for quality and strong standards to the kitchen.

You’ll support daily kitchen operations, lead and develop the team, and help create specials. A collaborative, hospitality-focused environment awaits with progression opportunities across our six pubs group.

Qualifications

• Passionate about food with high standards.
• Experience as a Sous or Junior Sous Chef.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to support Head Chef in running the kitchen.
• Ready to lead and develop the team; create specials menu.
