BM Caterers in White City is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations and lead by example under the Head Chef. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role offers a £45,000 annual salary with paid overtime and exciting development opportunities.

You’ll help plan menus, ensure high-quality dishes, and uphold food safety and HACCP standards while guiding junior staff and maintaining kitchen standards.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a chef who enjoys leading by example, working closely with the Head Chef and bringing creativity, consistency and energy to the kitchen.
