Job summary

BM Caterers is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support our kitchen operation and help deliver exceptional food daily. This role involves leadership by example, close collaboration with the Head Chef, and bringing creativity, consistency and energy to the kitchen.

You will lead day-to-day kitchen tasks, contribute to menu planning, maintain HACCP standards, support juniors, and step in during the Head Chef's absence as required. Join a team that values development and excellence.
