Qualifications

• Previous experience as Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in a luxury restaurant.
• Expertise in Mediterranean cuisine and/or Japanese sushi.
• Proven ability to lead and develop junior kitchen staff.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards.
• Supervise and support junior kitchen staff in daily operations.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
• Assist with menu execution and special events.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering and waste minimisation.
• Uphold brand values and luxury service standards.
• Address operational issues and guest feedback as needed.
• Step in for Senior Sous Chef as required.
• Perform tasks designated by Head Chef or management.
