Hamberley Care Management Limited is seeking a Sous Chef for our luxury care home at Caddington Grove in Dunstable. You will support the head chef by planning, preparing and serving meals tailored to residents' dietary requirements, while maintaining high hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 2 in cookery or equivalent qualification.
• Basic Food hygiene certificate required.
• Knowledge of COSHH and health & safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and serve balanced meals meeting dietary needs.
• Support head chef in high-quality meal provision.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure enjoyable meal times.
• Deputise for head chef during absences.
