BAO Battersea is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Senior Sous and Head Chef in delivering high standards in a fast-paced kitchen at Battersea Power Station.

You will lead services, mentor junior chefs, manage sections, and help build a strong kitchen culture while maintaining consistency across dishes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and is keen to develop further.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a quality-led kitchen.
