Browns Bushey, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train staff, and support the Head Chef. You’ll ensure high-quality food and smooth service, while maintaining brand standards and hygiene.

The role is full-time, permanent, based in Bushey, with an hourly salary of £17–£18. Training and progression opportunities are available within the group.
