Job summary

JW Lees, a long-standing family-owned brewer with nearly 200 years of heritage, invites applications for a kitchen role at our pubs. The successful candidate will support menu development, oversee stock and maintain a safe, compliant kitchen while guiding junior staff and driving the team to consistently present fresh, high-quality food.

With up to 150 pubs, inns and hotels across the North West and North Wales, JW Lees offers a supportive environment to grow within culinary development

Qualifications

• Experience supervising and guiding junior kitchen staff.
• Strong focus on food safety and kitchen compliance.
• Ability to maintain high standards and drive for 5 Scores on the doors.

Responsibilities

• Support with menu development, stock management and maintaining a safe and compliant kitchen.
• Provide guidance to junior kitchen staff members.
• Ensure that high standards and attention to detail are maintained, working with the team to achieve and maintain 5 Scores on the doors.
• Continuously motivate the team to ensure fresh quality food is presented each time.
