Job summary

JW Lees is seeking a dedicated kitchen professional to support menu development, stock management and maintain a safe, compliant kitchen environment. You will guide junior staff and uphold high standards, working with the team to achieve 5 Scores on the doors and consistently present fresh, quality food to guests.

As part of JW Lees, you will be part of a family-owned brewer with a rich heritage of pubs and hotels across the North West and North Wales.

Responsibilities

• Support with menu development, stock management and maintaining a safe and compliant kitchen
• Provide guidance to junior kitchen staff members
• Ensure that high standards and attention to detail are maintained, working with the team to achieve and maintain 5 Scores on the doors
• Continuously motivate the team to make sure that fresh quality food is presented each time
