Beck & Call in Meanwood, Leeds is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join a busy pub kitchen. You will work closely with the Head Chef to run the kitchen, lead the brigade and maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation and service.

• Maintain consistent food quality, presentation and portion control
• Contribute to menu development and create seasonal specials
• Assist with food costing, stock control and ordering
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen organisation
• Help train and develop junior members of the brigade
• Work collaboratively to deliver an excellent guest experience
