Job summary

JW Lees & Co. is seeking a Sous Chef to support menu development, stock management and maintain a safe, compliant kitchen across our North West pubs, inns and hotels. You will provide guidance to junior kitchen staff and help ensure high standards and attention to detail.

You will continuously motivate the team to present fresh quality food at every service. The role offers clear training and development opportunities, with access to our internal and external programmes, and JW Lees’

Qualifications

• Supports menu development, stock management and maintains a safe and compliant kitchen.
• Guides junior kitchen staff members to perform to high standards.
• Maintains attention to detail to achieve and sustain 5 Scores on the Doors.
• Motivates the team to deliver fresh quality food consistently.
