Job summary

bartlett mitchell invites an experienced Sous Chef to join our award-winning contract catering team. You will produce and develop high-quality food within time and financial targets and step into Head Chef's shoes when needed.

You will bring ideas for menu development, lead a supportive team, and engage in continual learning through workshops and forums, with benefits including funded development and free lunch.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a similar size operation would be an advantage.
• Experience supervising others is beneficial.
• Relevant certificates in food safety and health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Produce and develop high-standard food within time and financial targets.
• Step in for Head Chef when required and drive new initiatives.
• Contribute to menu planning and food production across the operation.
